Why Choose Us When You’ve Been Injured In An Accident?

Being injured in a car accident can turn your world upside down. People often don’t know where to go or whom to see.

Many of our patient’s own primary care doctors do not want to be involved or will not bill the auto insurance.

At northwest spinal rehab we have been treating patients in the Tri cities and outlying areas since 2009.

I have personally treated over 4,000 patients who have been injured in auto accidents.

The number one reason to Choose us is experience! We understand Washington accident laws. Washington personal injury protection (PIP) covers treatment that is ‘reasonable and necessary.’

What does that mean? What it means is that we have to be able to justify our care to the insurance company and peers with evidence based approaches.

What it means is that we won’t continue to see you for 2-3 years after the accident and run up huge bills with treatment that is not helping, like some of our competitors do.

If we do not get you better or you plateau with care we will order appropriate imaging and refer you out to an appropriate specialist, even if that means less money for us.

Our goal is to serve you the patient. We understand auto insurance. We know how to find coverage when it may not seem like there is any.

We know what UIM is, that PIP ‘stacks,’ and that it covers you as a pedestrian or on a bicycle, or in someone else’s vehicle. This is referred to as the ‘PIP halo.’

The second reason is quality of care!

At Northwest Spinal Rehab we offer chiropractic care and our providers also do manual therapy on every visit to help mobilize and loosen the soft tissues.

Ask yourself if it makes sense that a chiropractor will ‘adjust’ your spine without addressing the tightened or injured tissues that attach to those joints?

It doesn’t to me. Our goal is to restore motion in the spinal segments and address the tone and texture of the injured tissues.

We do that through manual therapies like Graston Technique and we are the only clinic in the Tri Cities certified as Active Release Practitioners (activereleasetechnique.com).

We also work hand in hand with medical providers and physical therapy to help condition and strengthen the spine after its been injured.

We Offer All Our New Chiropractic Patients A Free Tens Unit

A TENS Unit is a safe, noninvasive, drug-free method of pain management when used as directed.

The third reason is convenience!

Being injured in an auto accident is inconvenient enough.

Not being able to sleep, bend, lift, play with your child, or do common household chores takes its emotional and physical toll.

We offer everything in one convenient spot! Chiropractic, physical therapy, primary care, and massage therapy.

We work together to meet functional as well as pain goals. We discuss treatment plans and progress (or lack thereof at times) of our shared patients and what we need to do as a team to help get them better.

The fourth reason is because we care! At Northwest Spinal Rehab you are our priority.

Our philosophy is ‘take care of the patients first and everything else will take care of itself.’ We care about getting you well.

We care about treating you with dignity and respect after you’ve been injured. We want to help you achieve the best possible outcomes after your car accident.

At Northwest Spinal Rehab we have a decade of experience serving people who have been seriously injured and those who have only sustained minor injuries.
